About Bella Ohm and the Bella Group

Hi!  My name is Adam Kahn, nice to meet you.

Like many I grew up picking apart every "Colgate ad" to ask "What do they mean by that?"  I mean my college applications came with a 5 page design and business plan for a product innovation in sports therapy (heat pads filled with rice).

At the age of 18, I started CAM Staffing working with companies such as Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR), KEB Hana Bank (KSE), MSC Industrial Supply (MSM), Sundial Brands, AJAX, and La Flor Spices, as well as many more.  I was recognized as the Top Ranked Recruiter in the world by the Ladders.com 4 years in a row.  We built that company to over 200 employees YOY: wow!

I learned a lot and in 2021 I started a company focused on Healthcare staffing called Bella Hires working with Drug and Rehab Centers and Multi-Care Facilities.

In 2020, Bella Ohm was established working on Multi-billion dollar projects with food and beverage companies to extend them into new markets.  Bella Ohm's influence and strategy won us national distribution deals, award winning packaging concepts, and invaluable relationships.  "Licensing is such a cool field" and I'm so happy to be apart of it.  Bella Ohm has been in food and beverage, housewares and tabletop, appliances, kitchen and bath, as well as fashion and apparel.

We have partnered with Universal Music Group, shared ideas with Warner Bros., and in 2022 are engaged in multiple trade shows and throughout the country!
